We are born out of a traditional, 65-year-old handmade carpet manufacturing company based in Bhadohi, the carpet city of India. Generations before us have poured their lives into this craft, and it is from this lineage that The Woven Legacy emerged.

The idea was simple yet urgent: to return dignity, visibility, and recognition to the artisans who keep this centuries-old tradition alive. In today’s world, where handmade often gets lost in the noise of mass production and commercialization, we wanted to create a space where these works are not reduced to mere décor, but celebrated for what they truly are — pieces of art.
